Marcus Rashford tampil impresif dengan mencetak hat-trick pada laga Inggris U-21 melawan Norwegia, Selasa (6/9) kemarin. 2016 menjadi tahun keberuntungannya setelah melakukan debut di Liga Primer Inggris, Liga Champions Eropa, tim nasional senior Inggris, dan tim nasional Inggris U-21. Pada seluruh tim yang dibelanya, ia selalu berhasil mencetak gol.

Gareth Southgate langsung merespon gemilangnya penampilan pemuda Inggris tersebut kepada BBC:

“What we saw all week from him, we saw tonight. I couldn’t have been happier with the way he approached everything. “I’ll speak to Sam in the next couple of days, I’m sure it’s given him food for thought.”
